About Our Services

CasaLaura provides premium fitness and wellness services, including personal training, yoga, Zumba, dance fitness, and other wellness sessions. Our services are available across all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates.

Bookings & Appointments

All bookings are subject to trainer availability and confirmation.
Appointments should be booked in advance through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
CasaLaura reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative appointment will be arranged.

Payments

Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed.
Payments made through our website are securely processed by our authorized payment gateway.
CasaLaura does not store or have access to customers' credit or debit card details.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
If a session needs to be rescheduled, requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Approval is subject to availability.

Health Responsibility

Clients are responsible for informing CasaLaura of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or health concerns before participating in any fitness or wellness session.
Participation in our services is entirely at the client's own discretion.
